FA editor for the IPAD

Hello everyone,

I created an editor for the ipad.

Key features
- 2 way communication
- Virtual keyboard with polyphonic aftertouch and velocity control
- 5 sound engines of the FA synthesizer (PCM , PCMD , SNA , SNA-Drums , PCM-Drums) are fully editable.
- MFX editing
- Patch browsing and syncing

The app is almost done and i would like for a few people to BETA test the app. I plan on releasing the app for free. If you got an ipad and the FA synthesizer message me with your email account and i will send you a beta invitation.

-Update
I added all the users to the app. You'll have to use apple testflight to beta test the app. I beleive that the generated email contains a link to the test flight app. As of now (19-09-2017) the beta build is still in review so i think the build is not yet available. I will keep you posted. When you send me an email i think it has to be the same email you use for your apple acount, but i'm not sure.

Very kind of you. Sorry, but I have no iPad. I am sure there are members with an iPad that can help.
And if I recall correctly, there is already an app for the iPad.

If only somebody would make an app for Android....

I sent you a PM. By the way what does the ipad need to communicate with the FA?

This sounds really exciting if you've got it all running, can the FA still be connected to your DAW or will the iPad have the usb connection exclusively?

I don't think you can have both

You could use the DAW at the same time when you have a midi interface. You can connect to the DAW with standerd midi cables and use USB to connect to the IPAD. Or vice versa.

Ok, we are waiting for the Apple review...
What is the name of the app?

Ok, I just installed the demo. Nice graphic design!

My FA is connected to iPAD Air 2 through a Roland USB-Midi cable UM-ONE.
But with this connection the app crashes immediately and goes in background. So, I can't syncronize FA with the app editor.

I connected the FA with a midicable and apples CCK, and it works. But you have to set the mid (in and out) to FA otherwise it won’t connect.

First impression: it works, nice big overview and I can scroll through the different settings. Already one word of criticism, there is a lot of space unused in the app, use the space to make bigger knobs, or use the space to combine things.

Later I will do more with the app.

But wifi connection iPAD-PC-FA works well!

I will analyze your crashes over the weekend.
