Arpeggiator motif

Hi

First question hopefully somebody can help:

I have the 06 and on using the arpeggiator it isnt doing what I think it should. When I press down a chord I wish to have playing arpeggiator it is fine when motif is UP if I go 1,2 or 3 octaves it goes up the scale, when I go to next motif DOWN it starts at the high notes and comes down as it should. However when I useUP/DOWN motif it is starting on the high notes and working down fist.

I want it to go as it states up and down it seems to be down and up? So when I press the chord down it starts on high octaves first.

Anyone help, have I explained it right?
