Please Help!!! 2 notes from 1 key on Bb B Gb G

In the middle of a gig my FA06 started playing B AND Bb every time I played either B OR Bb, and playing Gb AND G every time I play either Gb OR G. It doesn’t matter what Studio Set I use, it’s alway doing this in every octave.
I did a factory reset TWICE with no change.
I would suspect the contact strip if it weren’t doing it in every octave. Help!!!
