Problem inserting a time signature change

A few years ago I was able to do this but I'm having a problem inserting a time signature change now.

When I go to the Microscope screen and select "Create", I'm not seeing Time Signature track or Tempo Change track appear in the Create Event window for Performance Data options (page 71 of reference manual). It's only displaying the first 7 items from the Performance Data list (Note, Control Change, Pitch Bend, etc). These last two are missing. Is there a step (before/after "Create") to bring those up ? If so, the manual doesn't indicate this. Or maybe something silly like I don't have the cursor in the right place...? I've tried experimenting with that too but no luck.

Hi,

Thats an easy one: your close but not close enough. You are not creating...there is already a Tempo and Time, so modify is your aim.

Microscope > VIEW > TRACK SELECT > Scroll down through tracks 1-16 and at the bottom is Time and Tempo current settings which you can change.
