Sna type instruments not working

Hello,

On my FA-06 keyboard, suddenly all sna type instruments do not work. I try to a factory restore and the 2.03 update. It didn't work. I power it on solar panel offgrid installation with a modify sin wave inverter, I wonder if that could have damage it.

Do you have any ideas ?
