Ok..there are 4 banks of 16 to be sampled to. Each sample when looking at an SD card that has all samples loaded to the max has
a pointer name assoiciated with it. If I load another card with all different samples and use the same pointer names, the FA should load it as well correct?

I am not clear on why you want to swap out the SD Card with 64 different samples to reuse in the same Song?Studio set? Thats bit of a manual long winded task?
I presume you know each SONG?STUDIO set can have store its own set of 64 samples. So you can have 1,000's of samples on one card..256 plus X 64 = loads...subject to the capacity of the card.
If you are trying to use a different set of samples with one SONG?STUDIO SET, just save it twice with different name and use the different samples?
