is the structure of the samples on SD card same on FA06 and Fantom 06?
Have a munch of samples on the FA06 Card...if I upgrade to the Fantom 06 can I use the same SD card?

The Fantom-06 does not have an SD card slot.
On the Fantom-06, the pad samples are stored in internal storage, which is not directly accessible. You can not easily copy the .SMP files to/from the location where the Fantom-06 is reading them.
The Fantom-06 can only store 64 pad samples globally, whereas the FA-06 stores 64 pad samples per song. If you need more than 64 pad samples in total, then this might be an issue with the Fantom-06.
