SH101 Plugout Questions: Instance, Audiounit, etc.

For the AIRA System-1 "SH-101" plugout, approximately how many instances can an average DAW run?

Does the instance count reduce by half if DAW runs at 96k?

Does the SH101 Plugin, as an audiounit, only work with Logic Pro X?

Does the SH101 audiounit plugin work in Logic Pro 32 bit mode?
