TR-8 Roll malfunction

Hi everybody,
i've noticed a strange malfunction in my TR-8 when using ROLL in inst play mode while usb is connected to a computer and an host application has the tr-8 driver selected as audio interface. It seems like if roll is loosing sync.
No midi configuration in the daw, just selected the tr-8 as audio interface. This happens in both ableton live and logic pro x.
If i select other soundcard in the daw the roll returns normal...i've the latest firmware onboard, and my computer is a macbookpro6,2 with 8gb ram, ssd drive i7 cpu, OS X 10.9.4

Anybody else did notice the same? Can't figure out if it's a bug or what else...I've also tried changing usb port and cable.
