TB-3 in Logic. MIDI note constant

First things first:

Mac 13" Retina, 500 SSD, 16 GB Ram. Yosemite

I'm running my MIDI cables through Maschine and am getting a hi-pitch note when I use the TB-3 to write MIDI patterns in Logic. It doesn't matter what pattern it is set to.
I unhook the TB-3 and it goes away. I've just updated and reset the TB-3 as well, hoping it would solve the problem.

Any advice or happen to anyone else? I have no problem running it with Ableton, but obviously like the capabilities of logic. I paid for it, so it should be an easy fix, right? This may just be the item that settles my debate (currently) between ableton and logic. and no, i don't want to run the USB cable. That causes other problems for my system...
