TR8 - Only Output 1&2 working in Logic

Hi. I have a Roland TR8 set up with 11 outputs but I'm only hearing the bass drum and snare (channels 1 and 2). All the other channels, although effecting the meter are returning no sound.

Same problem here. Meters for all channels are moving, but the only channels outputting are 3 & 4 which is the kick and snare.
