my channel 5/6 doesn't appear to be working on my mx 1
tried loads of different inputs, none work
latest drivers
I've reset the device
any tips / fixes

I haven't used 5/6 before so thought I'd try it out. Using stereo leads, I plugged in my iPad and it all worked as I would expect to - ie exactly like the other channels.
Just checking, you are using stereo mini jacks?
Other than that can't think of anything else!

Check your gain settings? Check your cable?
