MX-1 USB, FX issues

Hi,

Strange operation of the MX-1. After I turn on the laptop and MX-1 Ableton sees MX-1 as Input and Output audio device. If I turn off and then turn on the MX-1 Ableton and OS X no longer sees MX-1 as audio device. Helps restart OS X only.

Level fader not working at all If I send MFX - ROLL (1 to 4) on any fader and then turn off using button MFX level fader start working again with dry signal but effect is still works. Turn off the effect can button ROLL or Сentral Jog Dial put in position off. All other effects and ROLL (5 to 8) work fine.

Maybe someone encountered with something similar to these cases?
