Picked up an MX1 a few days ago. Really digging it.
But tonight I noticed that I can't record post fader post bfx and mfx for each channel on its own. It's each channels input I can record + the main mix with levels bfx and mfx all applied. That's kind of a bummer :( Was hoping to be able to multi track jam sessions and then fix and tweak each channel on its own in a mastering session in my daw later.
Am I missing something or is this how it works?

Re: Multitrack recording with MX-1
Maybe External Mixing Mode does what I want? But can someone explain it (better than the manual) for me? What works and what doesn't? When I tried briefly I could see audio coming in to my DAW, but I got no audio out so I'm not sure what is happening...
