Roland, make a system-1 control vst without sound engine!!!

This is directed towards Roland.

Why have you guys/gals never released a control/librarian vst that does not eat up CPU time?
Now, every time i want to use, for instance, the extra functions of the system-100 plugout i NEED to load the heavy vst into the project. This is madness!!! How can you be so bad for your customers? All you have to do is remove the sound engine from the VST and hit recompile. Thank YOU!!!
