Hello Forum
i have some noise issues on the mx1.
The MX1 is connected with a long usb cable to a Windows 10 PC because it is on a stand!
I also have spikes in the upper frequencys. i have tried different usb cables without improvement. can length be a factor?
I tested with Mac Book and short USB cable which there was much less noise and no high frequency spikes.
anyone else experienced this issue and might have a solution?
thank you!

Re: MX1 USB Audio Noise
You might want to look at something like this:
http://hifimediy.com/usb-isolator
I got one for my Circuit, which was really noisy. Plugged this inbetween it and my PC and the difference is quite astonishing and my Circuit now sounds crystal clear.
I haven't tried with the MX tho' so not sure how it performs with that, tho' I've no doubt it'll at least reduce the noise I also get with mine. The only downside I can see is how the isolator copes with audio at 96K as it reduces the USB connection to USB1. There are reports of users having trouble with other sound devices, such as Focusrite ones. Hifime may have a solution for this tho' as they've just announced this:
http://hifimediy.com/high-speed-usb-isolator-480Mbps
Which they say supports all USB versions. Unfortunately, it's twice the price!
