TB-3 How do I backup my presets?

After programming some basslines last night, I wake up to the TB-3 behaving oddly, not playing presets and just outputting a kind of stutter. So, I reset the unit and all is working fine, except i've now lost all the work I'd done on it ..... so, I've seen mentioned that you can back up all your presets but can't figure out how to do it ...

Any help would be appreciated.
