Hi everybody!
Yesterday I bought a MX-1 to using it as an audio interface and hands-on mixer. I have found 2 problems that I can't solve:
1 - Just switching on the unit in Mixer Mode make a lot of permanente white noise on the output. Even if all the volumes are turn down, the noise still pumps everywhere
2 - I set my resolution to 44.1 and my digital channel as output but still can't get anything out of it. My guess is that when configure as an output channel, the whole output will be launch there as if it was the main output, Am I wrong?
Thx people!
Aira MX-1: no digital output and lot of noise

I use it without a problem. Are you sure both ends are set to the same clock-rate? You have to manually match them.
Re: Aira MX-1: no digital output and lot of noise
I guess I am...
The digital output on the MX1 is configure at 44,1 and setup as an output.
Then that channel is connected via digital/rca to my MPC 2500 digital in but there is no incoming sound...
The MPC2500 is a 16bits machine, I guess the MX-1 send on the same resolution as well...
Cheers!

You have to do more than guess. It has to be the same rate in both machines or wont work.

Sure
I couldn't find a way to setup the MX1 as a 16bits machine... Does it mean is not compatible with 16bits devices?
Strange...

Make sure they are both at 44, 48 or 96khz.
