Is the System 1-m and SBX-1 power supply international 100-240 V or 100 (JPN), 110V (US) ,220-240V (EU) fixed per region ?

My System-1m came with the Roland PSD-120, my SBX came with a Roland/Boss PSA-120S. Both appear to be marked 100-240V. (I'm in the USA)
