Aira System 1 + TR8 + TB3

Hello,
I have system 1 and I'm looking into getting TR8 and TB3 and I wonder how and if I can connect and use all 3 devices at the same time connected to my sound card Steinberg UR242 working in Ableton by making master slave midi or straight usb cables to the computer, My audio source is headphones that is connected to the soundcard.
Need help to understand technically how can I connect everything to work with.
