TB-3 pattern resolution

One of my synths (JD-Xi) has only 64 sequencer steps, I tried the trick, in which you "slow down" the BPM to 50% and change the resolution from 16 to 32, so in that way, the sequencer becomes a 128 one, double length. However, the TB-3 plays the notes - 50% slower - does anyone knows if there is a possibility to change the TB-3 sequencer resolution to 32? (so it will have 64 steps to record) ??? Any hack? Any circuit bending ideas?
