Roland VT-4 MIDI Input Confusion

Hi all, noobie question. Just got a new VT-4 today and was excited to get into using its harmonizer function with a MIDI keyboard. I assumed the cable I needed would be included in the box, but it wasn't, and I have since gotten really confused. So the VT-4 has a 5 pin MIDI input, and my keyboard has a modern USB MIDI port, so I figured all I need is a 5 pin MIDI to USB MIDI cable - simple enough. But I've not been able to find anything like it on Amazon. Is that a cable that just doesn't exist? If so, what is the cable/adapter that I need? I know it can be done somehow based on all the reviews showing that exact function on YouTube. Thanks!
