AIRA site error on transfer to System-8

In the past I was able to log onto the AIRA microsote and while Win10 laptop was connected via USB to my System-8, I was able to use the "Go to Download" (GRAB1 BELOW) and tap "Transfer to System-8" and have a sound patch loaded via live link. (GRAB2 BELOW).

This functionality hasnt been working for some time and I didnt change anything.

The THIRD SCREEN GRAB shows the error where it says "This app can't open multiple tabs". I only have one Chrome browser open to make sure, but in the past I know I was able to have multiple browsers open and it was working flawlessly. Super cool feature to access all those extra, free sounds offered on the AIRA site without having to mess with downloads or the SD-card workflow.
