Tr8s no sound

Hi ,
I was in full composition under Cubase 12 Pro
with several synths plugged into usb midi, including the TR 8S
suddenly the sound is cut, it was like a bug.
Nothing to do, turn off, turn on again, reset to factory settings.

Note that I had just successfully updated to 2.50.
I looked with the Utility button, no change in the settings seems to solve the problem.
No sound from the headphone output either.
Do you have any idea what is going on?

all midi notes can be transfer to my Daw ( Cubase )
Just audio don't working.

if someone still has an old firmware of the Tr8s to do a "downgrade",
Or if someone has a bak up file (tr8s_bak.bin) I'm interested!
My Backup being made from the tr8s which has no sounds.

Finally, I contacted the roland service who made me do several tests, several updates, downgrades, back ups, nothing to do.
There were several checks to conclude that there was a problem that I cannot solve at my user level.

The TR 8S no longer outputs sound.
They asked me to contact the seller I purchased from for a shipment for review.

I think i have the same issue...
No sound output on mix out or headphones or assignable jacks.
I only discovered it when trying to send audio in via ext. input jacks. ( it was working a couple of weeks ago)
Interestingly I still get audio out via usb, when hooked up to MX-1.
