System 1 PLEASE HELP

Hi,

I have a System 1 that I'm using with Roland cloud vst's, I'm using Ableton. I have mapped the knobs/faders controls to Ableton and the automation works and records ok. The problem I have is how do I get to use multiple plugins on different midi channels to record when selected, say I have a Sh101 on track one midi 1 mapped to the system 1 and a SH2 on track 2 midi 2 mapped to the system 1. when I arm the track in Ableton both automation values move for both vst's. I have this set up to allow all 16 channels output on the System 1 but when I switch tracks the system 1 does not follow, what am I doing wrong. Also I tried a cc mapper with max for live but that didn't help.
