TR-8S question regarding internal storage

Hello everyone, Ive been looking all day for an answer to my question and haven't came up with much. Hopefully someone here has some insight on the matter. What is the point in having a 32gb sd card to store sounds on when it seems that you can only access less than 100 megs of them on the TR-8S? I am trying to build kits with the 40 user slots, have converted all my samples to 44.1 mono to save space, but I can only load up less than half of them to the internal memory. Is there some sort of proven way around this? Am I missing a crucial feature to making custom kits? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
