T-8 No drum sounds without delay volume?

Hey Everyone,

I've just received a new T-8. It seems that unless I have the delay volume turned up, then no drum sounds can be heard. With the delay volume up, I feel like I'm just hearing the delay effect, not the primary drum sounds. I can also see videos online with the delay knob on zero, with drum sounds being heard.

I've tried a factory reset to no effect.

Am I missing something here?

This was a phasing issue, with the wrong audio setup into a mixer.
