Fresh JD-XA video
Here's a brand new video from Sweetwater featuring Scott Tibbs on the amazing Roland JD-XA.

A very good and informative video. Thanks, CS.

@Synth Guru: Stop naming and shaming me! Your Stasi tactics will get you nowhere. Compared to here nobody has ever had a problem with me over at Sonic State. Ditto for Gearslutz, Synthtopia, BBoy Tech Report, Attack Magazine and MPC Forums. Even the great Nick Batt himself answeres my questions regulary. Only three days ago he wrote this:

Hey Pedro, I seriously doubt Scott Tibbs lied, more likely he just did not know and busked it, or it didnt have swing back then, bear in mind that I have a preproduction model so his must have been, prepre. Regarding Drum sounds - unlikely - it would require a whole bunch of extra memory to store the PCM samples. I would also seriously doubt JD-Xi compatibility, the voice architecture is different in each (and I dont have the JD-Xi anymore)

The fact of the matter is that I gave an extraordinary input so far, expecially considering that I´ve only been posting here a short period of time. Stop your smear campaign. Your attempt to scare or disgust the public against me won´t be successful and is simply laughable, to put it mildly.

Nick just gave you a professional reply, which does not say anything about you.
You just seem to be very full of yourself. In the normal world, modesty pays off better.

my friend pedro has asked me to inform you of the fact that he has been denied access to the site.
he did not refuse to admit he perhaps has some kind of social perception/mood disorder.
does having a disorder mean you need treatment?
in case of pedro i would say ’definitely’.
adios from granada, spain.

I don't mean this in a judgmental way at all....there is nothing wrong with seeking treatment.MC909Rulez4Ever wrote:my friend pedro has asked me to inform you of the fact that he has been denied access to the site.

We all could use it at some time in our lives.

Hi Ron,
Very nice creative tracks! It took me a while to figure out your Elektron set up. I was what in the world is that machine. I then realized it's two components mounted on a semi-circular rack. Very kool! ;-)
Thank you for sharing mate!
Cheers!

oh yes, the ability to use third party and custom "end cheeks" to mount Electron boxes is a very cool feature. Some of them are spectacular, and really raise the ergonomics of working with them (since they are so hands on). I found this one years ago. Love it! Sturdy and adjustable.
Thanks for your kind comments!
Ron
