How to store Trigger Mode and MIDI CTRL setups?

Does anyone know how to permanently store Trigger Mode and MIDI CTRL setups?

I know it goes with the program, but that means i have to redo it everytime i use a new program.

I am controlling other synths (i cant change the CC numbers on them) from the UI. And its very inconvinient that whenever i switch a program, my controller assignments are gone as well.

It would be good to be able to store the setups in the system too. Then choose in system or program edit wether you want to use one or the other. Just like it is for other midi related parameters.

May be i am overlooking something here?
