Amp env click even when all zeroed

I'm trying to have a pad play constantly using the sequencer. I have filter bypassed, and amp ADSR set to just full sustain, but there is a break covering a couple of oscillator cycles when the sequence loops and the key is retriggered.

Not sure if it's connected, but when I have filter bypassed and all amp ADSRs sliders to zero, I get an audible click - which I trust is it still processing an instant attack to peak amp and then back to zero.

Does anyone know of a way around the break and/or click?
