Here is another demo of Roland's JD-XA -
I wasn't happy with the end result of the last experiment so reprogrammed this from an intitialized patch and created a fresh demo.
I have an analog poly patch in unison mode.
A single digital oscillator using a PWM 2 waveform on digital part 1.
With dual detuned X-mod Wave6 oscillators on digital part 2.
Both digital parts are pre-filtered.
One uses the digital LP filters in 12db mode and the other using BP Filters before being sent through the the analog engines filter.
The OSC 1 Mod source is set to AUX and the two digital parts are both cross modulating and ring modulating the analog engine.
Hopefully I have captured something better here.
No external effects used - all TFX, MFX and internal Reverb.
You can get some great metallic timbres and tones this way.
