Mono/Filter ENV Amount bug?

Post by Duplobaustein »

I've found a strange behavior on my XA. I set up a sample waveform on the digital part (it was cutting lead or something but doesn't matter). Then I set it to "Monophonic" and put up the filter env amount to max.

When I now play a legato interval upwards of an octave, the upper note is much louder (the filter is much more open) than the first note. It does it also from a note above (intervall major 7th) up to a 6th interval. Can anybody check that? That's a real pity.

does it behave like this with every waveform?

did you check the key follow and velocity settings?

most of them are multi samples and sometimes you can clearly hear a difference in different octaves. especially the real instrument samples.

When I play an quarter interval then the filter behaves normal just with this three intervals it opens the filter fully. I will save a patch and upload it here.
