new user and driver problem

Hello, I have Win 10 and cannot install the driver: "Driver cannot be installed (Code 39)"
What can I do?
The operating instructions do not help

You shouldn't have to install drivers, everything in Windows 10 is installed when you plug the device in as opposed to manually installing drivers.
