Jd Xi+Ipad

Hi

Has anybody succefully connected a JD Xi to a Ipad and managed to send sync start and stop to Control internal sequenser in apps in Ipad, I have tried to sync JD Xi thru midi to Irig midi connected to the Ipad, Im using the Akai IMPC Pro on the Ipad, unfortunelly it seems that the IMPC have problem with Midi regarding to post posted but since I don´t have any other Music Apps maybe somebody can verify that it works with other Apps?
