Me too. I just picked up a cheap A500Pro and would love to map some of the JD-Xi controls.

Just got my JD-Xi and A500Pro up and running again after a long holiday!

Well, I don't know about the Sysex mapping, but since undocumented NRPNs and Midi CCs cover nearly everything it's probably an easier way to go.
Have a look here and at the pdf in one of the next comments. Why Roland didn't put this in the MIDI imp guide is beyond me.
