Using JD-Xi with other seq ?(MC-909,MC-505)

I have been a Roland user for many years and I love the sound of the JD-Xi,but it is hard for me to use it with my other groove boxes. On the MC-909 I have over 900 user patterns with midi channel 1 blank, midi channel 2 bass and midi channel 3 pad. The MC-505 is similar but I only have 35 patterns .When I make a pattern from scratch on the MC-909 using midi channel 1 as( pad-lead) ,midi 2(pad-lead) midi 3(bass) and connect to the JD-Xi it sounds great, but I don't want to have to go back and edit each of my (MC-909 user) 900 plus patterns one by one. Is there a easier way of doing this? Are there any products that can switch midi channels between fixed channels?

The channels on the JD-Xi can be changed by sysex commands.
You can create a pattern with these sysex commands on the MC909 (tempo/mute track), send it to the JD-Xi through the midi out and then do a pattern save on the JD-Xi.
