Just to be sure, is this correct?
1. a measure can only be 16 steps long
2. all tracks have the same number of measures

As far as I can tell, the internal sequencer doesn't allow any polyrhythms - are there any workarounds (other than external sequencing)?

you can set pattern length to 16, 32 and 64 steps.

Track length is common to all parts.

It does, you can add a chord to any specific step, or overdub the step (except the monophonic analog part).
