Hello all, my jdxi in piano 1 mode, 17th white key counting from the left, is louder than it should be, and the two end keys on the right have a after-sound knocking effect. Can the manager edit single key volumes especially?

There is no way to edit single key volumes that I know of. I think you need the keys (which come in blocks of one octave) replaced to solve this issue. Contact Roland support for your country, if your JD-Xi still has warranty then this would be a warranty claim that should be solved free of charge for you.
