Attached is an unofficial guide for the Roland JP-08 that I did out of frustration with the original "flyer". It's not perfect but I think it explains several things a little better than the original, and at the very least it can be printed properly.

This is amazing; thank you so much. I love my JP-08 but am such a noob, and this help answer so many questions.
My next ask is can any recommend some good beginner videos for the JP-08? All the ones I've watched so far are either comparing the JP-08 to the Jupiter 8, or showing off the patches, or giving an "in depth review." I need "JP-08 for dummies" -- this is how you change the these parameters and their relationship to the sound, or a basic how to build a song -- essential a video version of the Unofficial User Guide.

I have downloaded your manual (thank you), but I don't have a file with JP-08 on my mac and when I connect the synth my computer just tells me that I have changed the number of midi inputs/outputs. I have some patches that I have bought and need to be able to transfer them to the synth - any idea how i can do that?
