Tb 03 chord shift scale

I recently bought the tb 03 boutique. In the package there was a CHORD SHOFT SCALE included.

I'm a bit familiar with the circle of fifths, So i first thought it was a circle of fifths, but after having a good look at it and trying to figure it out, i think this Chord shift scale is used totaly different than the circle of fifths.

Can anyone explain me the Chord shift scale?

Someone more musically educated than me can probably tell you that, but Roland put it in the box because the original TB303 had one so its a nice little authentic touch ;-)
