VP-03 - force power from batteries when connected via USB

Especially the case with the VP-03 when you absolutely need to use the USB (eg. to send carrier or format) and want to avoid USB hum, then, as for the series 1 Boutiques post their firmware upgrade, the VP-03 can be booted in "take power from batteries rather than USB" mode and I've found this reduces the hum significantly.

It's not covered in the manual, but I found that simply holding the "9" button whilst powering on is the way to go.
