TB-03 Midi Receive via MX-1

Hello Everyone,

Is anyone here using a TB-03 plugged into an MX-1 via USB ?
I am trying to get my new TB-03 to play a midi pattern I recorded in Ableton,
The TB-03 is plugged in USB3 (13-14) on the MX-1 and receiving midi but there is no audio coming out of it.

So far I have ruled out the following:
- Cable is not faulty
- MX-1 USB3 port is not faulty
- TB-03 is not faulty (if I plug it in directly and use as audio input device in Ableton, it plays the pattern)
- Audio routing is correct (If I trigger a pattern stored internally in the TB-03 I do get audio)

I am so running out of ideas that I am beginning to think that may be they are not meant to work together so if anyone could confirm one way or the other I would really appreciate it.
