TB-03 random bug?

Post by S U P E R T R O L L »

When creating variations of patterns with the new random 2 function (OS 1.04) there is a chance to get way too high notes (like 3 or 4 octaves higher- you can not see them in the sequencer anymore).

Where can I report such bugs?

Yes, noticed that too in random 2. It seems that each time you press the random more higher notes are generated making it sound very strange after two or three presses.

Also for me the random 1 function makes it a bit too random. It doesn't take in account the key or the rhythm that you have programmed in. It just generates totally random patterns with no connection whatsoever to the one that you programmed in. Would make more sense if it would make slight rhythmic or tonal variations of the pattern that you have programmed in.

Hope Roland addresses this to make the random function more useful.
