SE-02 Bank Change Messages

Greetings!
I'm looking for the MSB LSB bank change numbers to change programs between the 4 banks. Does anyone know what those numbers are? All the other boutique synths list this on the MIDI Implementation chart except this one.
Also I don't see anywhere in the manual how to deactivate program change messages. Is this possible on the SE-02? I am doing this currently on the D-05, but don't see this functionality on the SE-02.
