a-01 synth mode change patch...

hi there,

please implement program change when the a-01 is in synth mode!

i REALLY like some of the sounds i get out of this little thing, but in order to use it on stage i need to be able to change sounds via program change.

this should be very trivial to add to the firmware. just ignore any program changes above 16...
