Play Boutiques from a USB-only external keyboard?

Hi guys,

Simple question (the answer to which I suspect I already guessed!):

Is it possible to connect an external keyboard to a Boutique unit via the USB-port? I just picked up a Korg Microkey 37, which has a far, far superior feel to my (ex) Arturia Keystep. but unfortunately (damn you, Korg!) not 'proper' MIDI DIN ports.

I suspect the big issue is that the USB type-B port on the Korg is also the 'power-in' connection for the keyboard, so the Boutique would have to be able to supply +5V out from the Micro-USB connector...
