Does the AIRA S-1 sounds better than 1st gen Boutiques?

I have seen the new AIRA S-1, and it was compared to the SH-01A, for sounds and even features...
But is it better?

It appears to me that for sure, it has a way more advanced LIVE RECORD function, than all of the 1st gen
Boutiques, in that it can record also the control changes that the 1st gen had not by design, being recreations of
vintage units. And probably the choice persisted even in the new multitibral (wow) JD and JX 08...

How do you feel about it, when a fraction of the price small Synth, gets more features than the Flagship ones???
Would you not scream for a firmware upgrade to modernize ye ol' Boutiques to include control changes recording
functions when say playing a pattern live? Or an updated filter model, an advanced arpeggiator function like phrases
that these new compact Aira shows to the world, and could possibly sound even better than our beloved Boutiques??

Should we just sit and watch these new generations take away our pride???
