Custom SRX boards?????????

Post by The_Czar »

Hey does anybody know of any sound boutiques that make their own versions of SRX cards?

I'm thinking that there has to be some studios that specialize in aftermarket cards and such.

I want to get my hands on stuff that not too many people have. Dance and PT probably have the stuff I'm looking for, but I want exclusive stuff.

thank you

Producing dedicated hardware boards is expensive. But creating a sample CD is so much easier, and it's cheaper for you to purchase. If you're into any sort of groove dance electronica or hiphop, you will love the CDs from uebercshall.

Cool, I'll check out their catalog.

Do you have any opinions on Hollywood Edge? Have you ever bought any samples from them.

BTW: If you want some good S1000's of various synths, Nicebytes makes all sorts of disks for various gear. I bought a Proteus 2000 disk from these guys and it is pretty cool. Not a ton of sounds, but the fidelity is nice. There were about 30-40 multi-ed patches broken into 6 partitions.
