Hi fellow Rolandphiles, Great forum here!
I'm just setting up a home studio again after getting rid of my gear to go travelling a few years ago. I've loved the Roland gear I've had in the past so got a couple of bargains on ebay... a U-8 interface/controller and a E-5 keyboard/synth . (On a very tight budget)
Anyone else here use an E-5?
Can't find out much about it, other than it was a cut down version of the E-20 and the E-20 was based on the D-50.. is this correct?
Waiting for it to arrive. I'm really just hoping the keyboard has a nice action, if the synth is usable and any of the controls send MIDI messages then that would be a bonus.
Anyone have any more info on the E-5? Or know where I could get a manual?
Cheers

Re: E-5 - Anyone else use one?
Hi there - you received an E-5 owner's manual last year from another member in pdf Format. Would you mind also sending it to me at bkueng@gmail.com? My son has started to play the keyboard we bought used a few years ago and a manual would be very helpful.
Thanks so much and greets from Switzerland!
