EXR-5s Disk error

My roland exr-5s is giving me disc error, and all my recorded tracks have disappeared.

It seems, too, that I cannot save anyting to the disc now. is there a solution to this?

(I did a search in the forum for exr and got no results, so, if I'm in the wrong place, please be gentle when letting me know!) :-)
